How do I post an Event?

Events are only available in areas where there is a Community Manager or Ambassador. If Events aren't available in your area yet, you can still be active in the local Yelp Community by writing reviews or connecting with other Yelpers on Yelp Talk. 

To create an Event

  1. Go to the Events section
  2. Click Add an Event
  3. Add the relevant information about your event
  4. Click Create Event

You can't post events from a mobile device; you'll need to log in to the full site at www.yelp.com.

Please note Yelp's Event Guidelines prohibit overtly promotional or commercial events, such as recurring promotional announcements or sales.
