Can I create a business account or sign in to Yelp for Business with my Apple ID?

On the Yelp for Business app, you can use your Apple ID to create a new business account. After you’ve created your account, you can also use your Apple ID to sign in on both the Yelp for Business app and the Yelp for Business website. You can only use Apple ID to sign in if you created your Yelp for business account with your Apple ID.

Creating a new business account allows you to claim your business to manage your business’s Yelp presence. You can also create a new account or sign in to your existing account with your email address. Learn more about how to log in to your Yelp for business account.

• Yelp for business website (biz.yelp.com)
• Yelp for business app (iPhone)

On Yelp for business website (biz.yelp.com)

1. If you’ve created your account with your Apple ID, you can sign in to your existing account by clicking Sign in with Apple (if you’ve created your account with your email address, Facebook or Google account, please choose the appropriate method to log in instead).
2. Enter your Apple ID in the pop-up screen, then enter the code sent to your device and click Continue.

Please note that creating a new business account with your Apple ID is currently only available on the Yelp for Business app, but you can create a new account on biz.yelp.com with your email address.
 

On Yelp for business app (iPhone)

1. Open the Yelp for Business app
2. Tap Create a new account for free if you don’t have a Yelp Business account yet or tap Log in to your existing account if your Yelp Business account was created by using your Apple ID (if you created your account with your email address, Facebook or Google account, please choose that method to log in instead).
3. Tap Sign up with Apple (when creating a new account) or Sign in with Apple (to log in / sign in to your existing account).

Please note when creating a new Yelp Business account using your Apple ID, you’ll have the option to share your email address or hide it from Yelp. If you select Hide My Email, your email address will be hidden from Yelp and a relay email address will be created instead. Sharing your real email address with Yelp can enable us to provide faster support to you when needed. You can view and edit your email address in your account settings or in your phone’s general settings under Settings > Apple ID > Password & Security > Apps.
