How can I reduce my online reservation capacity on Yelp Reservations?

Due to the easing of Coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions, restaurants are being allowed to open their doors in a limited capacity. You can easily enable your Yelp Reservations system to accept a limited amount of online reservations. 

Please note that you can't reduce reservation capacity with the iPad app – these can only be created on the full site at www.yelpreservations.com.

To reduce reservation capacity

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on Configure.
  • Note: If you do not see the Configure tab, please call us at (877) 571-9357.
  1. Select Sheets in the top navigation bar, then edit the sheet(s) this adjustment will apply to.
  2. In the list of tables, check the box next to each table that you will want to block from receiving online reservations.
  3. Click Edit Times.
  4. In the top row of the pop-up window select Disabled and click Done.
  • Note: The top row is a darker grey than the other rows below it and begins with the words Set All To in place of table names.
  1. Select Save in the upper right corner.
  2. Repeat steps 1-7 for any remaining sheets that you wish to reduce the capacity of.
