How do I cancel my Yelp advertising program?

Depending on your program, the terms of cancellation vary. If you are in our non-term contract program, you are able to stop your campaign at any time, but keep in mind that you can also change your advertising program. If you cancel your CPC advertising program, it will be removed completely. If you cancel any paid products or upgrades, the date when you have cancelled them will appear as expiry date.

To cancel your non-term contract advertising program

  1. Visit the Billing page of Yelp for Business from the desktop site.
  2. Under Your Products, click Manage.
  3. Click the Cancel icon next to each paid product or campaign you wish to cancel. If you are currently enrolled in a CPC program and would like to adjust your budget or pause the program, click the Edit budget or Pause icons.
  4. Read and follow the prompts to complete your cancellation.
  5. Refresh the page to make sure the cancellation was successful.
If you’re planning to restart your ads in the future, be sure to select the “I plan to restart Yelp Ads in the future” option as the reason for ending your campaign. This will allow you to select a date to have your Yelp Ads resume.
