How do I create or remove a Collection?

You can easily save businesses to existing Collections but to create or delete a Collection:

To create a Collection

From an iPhone/Android

1. Find the business page you’d like to save to a collection
2. Tap the bookmark icon
3. Tap the blue New Collection button to create a new one
4. Name your Collection and use the toggle-switch to make it public or keep it private

You can also tap Collections in the bottom navigation bar then tap Create in the upper right corner.

From Yelp.com

1. Find the business page you’d like to save to a collection
2. Click Save 
3. Click Save to a New Collection
4. Name your Collection and click on one of the radio buttons to make it public or keep private

You can personalize your Collection by clicking or tapping Write a Description… underneath the Collection’s name. You can also add notes to the individual businesses in your Collection by clicking or tapping Add a note or Write a note… underneath a business in the list.

You can edit a Collection’s name by opening the Collection and tapping its name (Android), the gear icon (iPhone) or the pen icon (yelp.com). 

To remove a Collection

From an iPhone/Android

1. Tap Collections in the bottom navigation bar
2. Find the Collection you want to remove
3. Tap the gear icon (iPhone) or overflow button (Android) in the upper right corner
4. Tap Remove Collection

From Yelp.com

1. Go to your profile and click Collections on the left
2. Find the Collection you want to remove
3. Click Remove Collection
4. Click Yes when asked if you want to remove the Collection

Please note that once you remove a Collection you won’t be able to restore it.
