You should also make sure you're using the correct email address (for example, you may have registered the account with your work email address instead of a personal one).Please note that if you've recently added your business to Yelp and are trying to log in, you may not actually have a business account yet. Providing your email address to add a business to Yelp is not the same as claiming your business page. New business additions must first be approved by our moderators, and this process may take may take a while depending on our ability to independently verify any submissions.
