How do I report incorrect business information if the fields are locked?

Please note that Yelp only offers Yelp Advertising in the U.S. and Canada, and support for business owners outside of the U.S. and Canada is limited. You can learn more about the support we provide outside of the U.S. and Canada here.
 
On occasion, our moderators will lock the fields on a business page to prevent malicious or erroneous changes to business information. This is most common after the business directly confirms that a suggested change was false.

If you believe the information on a locked field is outdated, please let our moderators know:

Yelpers: explain any changes by using the Notes / Additional Context field, which can be found when updating business information.

Business owners: if you’ve claimed your business, you can mouse over the circular “i” icon next to the locked field in the business information section - this will display a contact option to explain your changes.
