How do I seat walk-ins in Yelp Reservations?

For parties of 1-5

1. Log in and choose your location from the Yelp Reservations dashboard
2. Go to the Floor tab in the sidebar
3. Choose the walk-in button in the bottom right with the number of guests and drag it to an open table. If you need to change the room, drag the button to the desired room tab at the top
4. Drag and drop the button onto the appropriate table – this creates a reservation for the walk-in party and automatically sets the status as "Seated." If you're combining tables to accommodate, drop it onto one table and you can add another later
5. If you need to adjust anything about the party (such as adding another table), click the table on the floor plan or from the list of seated reservations

For parties of more than 5

1. Log in and choose your location from the Yelp Reservations dashboard
2. Go to the Floor tab in the sidebar
3. Click (don't drag) any of the 1-5 walk-in buttons in the bottom right – this pulls up the Add Reservation menu with an automatic "Seated" status and a suggested table
4. Adjust the desired settings and add or change tables as needed
5. Click Save

From the iPad app

1. Go to the Floor tab in the sidebar
2. Find the walk-in buttons in the bottom right and tap the number for your party size (tap the arrows to scroll as needed). You can adjust the party size later if needed.
3. Tap any available tables on the floor to seat the party there (change rooms by tapping the room tabs at the top), or tap Combinations in the bottom right to see which of the designated table combinations you've created are available. Tapping a table or table combination will create a reservation for the walk-in party with an automatic "Seated" status
4. If you need to adjust anything about the party (such as adding another table), tap the table on the floor plan or from the list of seated reservations
