To subscribe to the Yelp for Business newsletter
- Visit the newsletter signup page
- Enter your email and click Submit
To unsubscribe from the Yelp for Business newsletter
- Scroll to the bottom of any Yelp for Business newsletter in your email
- Click on the Unsubscribe link to stop receiving the Yelp for Business newsletter
Troubleshooting suggestions if emails from Yelp are not reaching your inbox
- Search all folders (including spam and trash) for emails from businesscontent@yelp.com. If you’re using a Gmail address, check your Priority Inbox settings and Inbox tabs.
- Add businesscontent@yelp.com to your contacts or safe sender list.
- Check your email forwarding settings to ensure Yelp’s emails aren’t being sent elsewhere.
- Check to see if your inbox is full, and clear out any emails to free up space.
