For Page Upgrades (e.g., Business Highlights, Enhanced Profiles, etc.), we prorate your charges for partial month periods. For example, if you purchased a Page Upgrade feature on April 10 for $30/mo, you would be charged $20 for the month of April.
For Yelp Ads, we prorate your ad budget for the month if you start after the first of the month. For example, if you sign up on April 10 with a $300/mo ad budget, your ad budget for April will be prorated to $200, which means you won’t be charged more than $200 for the clicks you receive in April. Your ad budget for May and beyond will revert to $300/mo.
Note, however, that we don’t prorate the fulfillment of your ad budget. If you cancel before the end of the month, we may already have fulfilled your available ad budget. For example, if your ad budget is $300 and you cancel before the end of the month, we may already have delivered $300 worth of clicks by the time you cancelled.
