What is the Yelp for Business app?

The free Yelp for Business app is designed to make it easier for business owners to engage with customers and manage their Yelp reputation on the go. It's available for iOS and Android devices, and business owners can use the app to:

• Track visitor engagement, customer leads, and ad clicks 
• Respond to reviews with a direct message or comment
• Respond to customer inquiries and messages
• Upload and manage photos for your business
• Report reviews and report messages
• Change your password, name, email address and profile photo

To download the Yelp for Business app:

• Visit the App Store for iOS
• Go to Google Play for Android

To use the app, you'll need to claim your business if you haven't already. You can sign in to the app with the same email and password you use at biz.yelp.com. If you have multiple locations under your login, you can switch between them by tapping the map pin icon in the upper right corner (iPhone) or at the top of the sidebar menu (Android) and then tapping the desired location.
