What support does Yelp provide for businesses outside the U.S. and Canada?

Currently, Yelp only offers Yelp Advertising in the U.S. and Canada, and business owner phone and chat support with our Customer Success team is not available outside of the U.S. and Canada. 

Live assistance with adding a new business page to Yelp, updating business information, or claiming a Yelp page is also currently not supported outside of the U.S. and Canada.

That said, our Support team can assist via the Support Center with concerns around closing your account, business page removals, personal data deletion or reporting content concerns: For all other questions, please visit our Business Support Center or our User Support Center.
