What support does Yelp provide for businesses outside the U.S. and Canada?

Currently, Yelp only offers Yelp Advertising in the U.S. and Canada, and business owner phone and chat support with our Customer Success team is not available outside of the U.S. and Canada. 

Live assistance with adding a new business page to Yelp, updating business information, or claiming a Yelp page is also currently not supported outside of the U.S. and Canada.

That said, our Support team can assist via the Support Center with concerns around closing your account, business page removals, personal data deletion or reporting content concerns:

• Closing and deleting accounts: follow the guidance outlined under business owners and account deletion. Keep in mind that closing a business account does not remove the business page from Yelp.
• Business page removals: We generally don't remove business pages. However, if you believe your personal information is shown on a Yelp page and wish to delete it, contact our Support team. 
• Reporting content concerns: Follow these steps to report a review or these steps to report a photo. To request a second evaluation or if you have other questions about other problematic content, contact our Support team.
