Why can’t customers message me or request a quote?

If customers can’t message you or request a quote, and you’re sure you’ve enabled messaging in your inbox settings, this may be because you no longer fit all of the requirements: For messages you want to send in response to a review, there are further requirements, including an approved business owner name and photo.

Please note that you should use this feature to respond directly to requests and questions, and steer clear of off-topic follow-ups or promotional messages.
