Why does it say "Ineligible Transaction" on my Yelp Cash Back dashboard?

While some businesses participate in multiple rewards programs, customers are only eligible to earn rewards through one program a business uses. The “Ineligible Transaction” indicator on your Cash Back dashboard means you could have earned Yelp Cash Back from a purchase, but did not because it was blocked by another rewards program linked to the card you used.

In order to start receiving Yelp Cash Back again (cash back directly on your card, rather than miles or points), add another card that is not linked to any other program, or remove your card from other rewards programs:  If your card isn't enrolled in other rewards programs or you are running into any other issues with Yelp Cash Back, please email shop@yelp.com for assistance.
