How can we help?

Can I report a photo or video that doesn't comply with Yelp's guidelines?

Business photos and videos should be broadly representative of the business and reflect the typical consumer experience (e.g., what the business looks like, what the business offers, etc.). We may remove lower quality photos and videos that may be too blurry or dark. If you post a photo or video that showcases a more unique personal experience with a business (such as your group of friends at the bar or the fly in your soup), we may remove it from the photo gallery for the business, but it may still appear alongside your review if you write one about the business.

We also remove photos and videos that seem overtly promotional (like a photo of a coupon), though we do allow business to post stock photos and logos from their marketing materials, as well as a single promotional video as part of a Yelp advertising program.

If you see a questionable photo or video, please report it so our moderators can take a look.
