Reviewers shouldn’t be threatening businesses with negative reviews (or offering to remove negative reviews they’ve already posted) as a way to extract a payment.
Please note that we won’t take action in situations where a customer is simply asking for a refund to remedy a bad experience, but we do want to hear about instances where someone expressly offers to delete their negative review (or not post one) as long as they get paid.
We’ll need hard evidence in order to take any action, so please contact our Support team and detail any proof that you can share.
