How can we help?

How do I report a business owner comment?

If a business owner has claimed their business page on Yelp, they have the option of responding to a review via a public comment or direct message. We look to business owners to engage constructively with customers who haven't had a positive experience, and they obviously shouldn't use public comments to launch personal attacks, advertise, or offer an incentive to change a review.

If you think a business owner comment may violate our Content Guidelines, you can report it:

If a business owner has sent you a direct message that you think may violate our guidelines, you can report the direct message as well.

You can't report business owner comments from a mobile device; you'll need to log in to the full site at www.yelp.com.
