Please note that Deals are currently only available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Austria, Spain, and Italy.
If you receive an error message when you try to purchase a Yelp Deal or Gift Certificate, there are a couple basic troubleshooting tips:
- Double check that the credit card information you've entered is correct and that you're logged in to your user account.
- Sometimes your bank may have restrictions on purchasing these types of deals – try checking with them to confirm that you'd like to make the purchase.
- You can only buy Yelp Deals or Gift Certificates in the country where you bought your first one. For instance, if your first purchase was for a business in France, you won’t be able to purchase one for a business in the US.
- The country where your credit card was issued needs to match the country where the Yelp Deal is purchased.
